Celebrating Heritage Building Community Since 1969
Where Puerto Rican & Hispanic culture thrives through music, food, dance, and togetherness.
A Legacy Born from Resilience
On Buffalo’s East Side, neighbors came together in 1969 to build more than a hall — they built a home for culture, pride, and justice. Agustín “Pucho” Olivencia Community Center (PRACA) was founded by the community, for the community, to uplift Hispanic voices, preserve traditions, and create gathering spaces where every dance, every meal, every voice matters.
